Summary: This was a quick get away and the room was not exactly like pictured. Take your own bug spray and don’t have high expectations, then you won’t be disappointed. This hotel was close to family.

Summary: The room was clean when we arrived, and the price was great. However, I made our reservation for a family of 4, and they only left 2 towels in our room. When my husband asked for more, they told him that we needed to bring our dirty towels to the office to get more. After explaining that we had 4 people, they finally gave him some more, but we shouldn’t have had to go begging for more. They did not come in and clean or refresh anything during our stay. The hotel WiFi was not secure, which was a concern to my husband. And the sign at the desk says they are not responsible if anything goes missing inside or outside of your room, which just raised red flags for me. Like I said, the price was nice, but I will likely find a different hotel the next time we travel to St. Louis!

Summary: This hotel is probably exactly what you expect it to be. It's an older, almost "motel" style hotel. While fairly clean, there were certainly stains and dusty corners. The floors were a bit sticky. It's not the worse place I've stayed, and it's what I expected for the cost. But don't book based on the reviews saying it's "great," etc., hoping you'll find the room is much better than expected.

Summary: I checked in at 3:15pm and checked out at 6:40pm. The floor was dirty. There was a used cup on the sink. The air conditioning was loud. The desk receptionist was ver kind, professional and gracious.

Summary: Area seemed a little sketchy but it was close to things I wanted to do and was generally comfortable. Staff was great and dealt with some ornery people with grace. Good job at the customer service!
